Using virtual reality as a precautionary tool to prevent administrative crises in sports institutions

Abstract

Information and communications technology and its advanced applications during the past few years are considered a new administrative reality characterized by the integration of information technology into administrative work. Virtual reality technology is an advanced, emerging and innovative technology with the aim of providing assistance to individuals so that they can understand and comprehend data and information and deal with them easily. The study aimed mainly to use... Virtual reality as a precautionary tool to prevent administrative crises in sports institutions, and also the target reality of using virtual reality technology as a precautionary tool to prevent administrative crises in sports institutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method. The sample of the exploratory study reached (34) subjects, and the sample of the basic study reached (140) subjects. The researcher used the questionnaire and personal interviews as a tool for collecting data. The most important results of the study were: The necessary legislation must be issued to apply virtual reality technology in sports institutions. The possibility of training to develop skills and acquire information through virtual reality technology. One of the most important recommendations was the adoption of virtual management systems in sports institutions as a complementary system to real management. The interest of sports institutions in applying virtual reality technology in solving sports crises and preventing them.
