الذکاء الوجداني وعلاقته بالضغوط النفسية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الکشف عن درجة العلاقة بين الذکاء الوجداني والضغوط النفسية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا، ومعرفة نسق الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها هؤلاء الطلبة، کما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الذکور والإناث في مستوى الذکاء الوجداني والضغوط النفسية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة إمکانية التنبؤ بمستوى الضغوط النفسية من خلال الذکاء الوجداني، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (168) طالبًا وطالبًة من الطلبة الموهوبين بمنطقة القصيم الذين يدرسون بمجمع الأمير سلطان التعليمي في بريدة بالمرحلة الثانوية ومراکز الموهوبين والموهوبات التابعة للإدارة العامة لرعاية الموهوبين بالقصيم، منهم (92) طالبًا من الطلاب الموهوبين الذکور، و(76) طالبًة من الطالبات الموهوبات الإناث، وتتراوح أعمارهم بين (16- 18) عامًا، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم استخـــدام مقياس بار-أون Bar-Onللذکاء الوجداني(ترجمة عبد العال عجوة، 2003)، ومقياس الضغوط النفسية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس ستانفورد بينيه للذکاء الصورة الرابعة(إعداد لويس کامل مليکة، 1998)، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيًا بين الذکاء الوجداني وأبعاده والضغوط النفسية وأبعادها لدى الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا، کما أوضحت النتائج أن الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها الطلبة الموهوبون أکاديميًا وفقًا لأکثرها تأثيرًا عليهم هي الضغوط الأکاديمية، والضغوط الاجتماعية، والضغوط المستقبلية، والضغوط الشخصية على الترتيب، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الذکور والإناث الموهوبين أکاديميًا على مقياس الذکاء الوجداني وأبعاده وعلى مقياس الضغوط النفسية وأبعادها، وأظهرت النتائج أيضًا أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا منخفضي ومرتفعي الذکاء الوجداني على مقياس الضغوط النفسية وأبعاده لصالح الطلبة مرتفعي الذکاء الوجداني في الاتجاه الأفضل، کما أوضحت النتائج أيضًا أنه يمکن التنبؤ بمستوى الضغوط النفسية من خلال مستوى الذکاء الوجداني لدى الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا، حيث تبلغ نسبة مساهمة وتأثير الذکاء الوجداني في الضغوط النفسية(78,1%)، کما أن بعض أبعاد الذکاء الوجداني وهي کفاءات المزاج العام، والکفاءات التکيفية، وکفاءات إدارة الضغوط تسهم دون غيرها في التنبؤ بمستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين أکاديميًا.
The current study aimed to reveal the degree of the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Stress among academically gifted students at secondary school, to identify psychological stress format which experienced by these students, it also aims to identify the differences between males and females in the level of emotional intelligence, psychological stress. In addition to knowing the predictability of the level of psychological stress through emotional intelligence. Sample of the study consists of (168) students from those who are taught in Al -Amir Sultan Center for gifted students & other centers of gifted students from Qassim region, and divided into (92) gifted male students, and (76) gifted female students, between the ages of (16-18) years.The current study relies on a descriptive method, the researcher used many instruments such as Emotional Intelligence Bar – On scale, translated & prepared by Abdel Aal. Agwa (2003),Stanford-Binet Intelligence test –IV, by Lewis. Meleika(1998),and Psychological Stress Scale for academically gifted students prepared by the researcher. Finding concluded that There are a statistically significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and its dimensions and psychological stress and its dimensions among academically gifted students, results also showed that the most influential psychological stress experienced by academically gifted students according to them is academic stress, social stress, and future stress, and personal stress on arrangement, and there are no statistically significant differences betweenthe mean scores of male and female academically gifted on emotional intelligence scale and its dimensions and psychological stress scale and its dimensions, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of higher and lower emotional intelligence students on Psychological Stress Scale and its dimensions in favor of higher emotional intelligence students in the best direction. Results also yielded that we can predict the level of psychological stress through emotional intelligence level of academically gifted students, where the proportion of the contribution of emotional intelligence in the psychological stress is (78.1%),and some dimensions of emotional intelligence such as competencies of a general mood, adaptive competencies, and competencies of stress management contribute without other dimensions in predicting the level of psychological stress among academically gifted students.
