هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى مراجعة التراث العلمي حول موضوع خدمات الانتقال للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم لمرحلة ما بعد الثانوية، الذي أثبت فاعليته في التصدي للتحديات التي يواجهها هؤلاء الطلاب. بهدف تعريف المتخصصين، والعاملين مع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وأولياء أمورهم، وأصحاب القرار التربوي بأهمية خدمات الانتقال، وضرورة العمل على تفعيلها.   
من خلال التعرف على مفهوم خدمات الانتقال، والقوانين والتشريعات التي أثرت في تفعيلها، ووصف عناصر خدمات الانتقال، والأدوار المختلفة للمشارکين في التخطيط لعملية الانتقال، والوقوف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم أثناء انتقالهم لمرحلة ما بعد الثانوية، مع تقديم أهم النماذج المقترحة لتسهيل عملية انتقالهم، والتي ستسهم - بإذن الله تعالى- في تطوير خدمات الانتقال المقدمة للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عامة، وذوي صعوبات التعلم على وجه الخصوص. وقد حرصت الباحثة على مراجعة الأدبيات، والأبحاث السابقة، واستعرضت عدداً من الدراسات التي تصدت إلى فاعلية هذه الخدمات، وقياس أثرها في تحقيق الهدف النهائي للتربية الخاصة. واستخدمت في ذلک المنهج النظري المکتبي.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، من أهمها: ضرورة العمل على تفعيل خدمات الانتقال للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المدارس الثانوية بالمملکة العربية السعودية تزامناً مع افتتاح برامج صعوبات التعلم في المرحلة الثانوية، وإصدار الأنظمة الملزمة بذلک، والتأکيد على أهمية خدمات الانتقال، وضرورة تضمينها في البرامج التربوية الفردية للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وفق الاحتياجات الفردية الخاصة بکل طالب.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to review the literature about the topic of transition services provided to the students with learning disabilities at the post-secondary school stage, which proved to be effective in meeting the challenges facing this group of students, to inform professionals, personnel, parents, and educational decision-makers of the importance of transition services and their necessary activation.
Researcher was very keen to review the literature and previous projects through identifying the concept of transition services, laws and regulations affecting their efficacy, describing the components of transition services, different roles played by the participants in the transition process, and highlighting the most eminent challenges facing the students with learning disabilities during their transition to the post-secondary stage, with providing the most important proposed models for facilitating their transition process, which will contribute to developing the transition services for the students with special needs in general, and with learning disabilities in particular. In addition, the review included measuring the transitional services' impacts in achieving the ultimate goal of special education. Theoretical method was used in this study.
This study provided a set of recommendations: the necessity of activating of the transition services for the learning-disabled students in Saudi schools at the same time with launching the learning disability programs in secondary schools, passing obligatory rules, emphasizing the value of transition services, and including transitional services in individualized educational programs for the students with learning disabilities, according to every student's individual special needs.
