استهدفت هذه الدراسة الکشف عن: أهم آداب المتعلمين التي ينبغي أن يلتزم بها طلاب جامعة الملک خالد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واقع التزام طلاب جامعة الملک خالد بهذه الآداب (آداب المتعلم نحو نفسه، آداب المتعلم نحو أساتذته، آداب المتعلم مع زملائه، آداب المتعلم نحو بيئة التعليم) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، مدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملک خالد على أهم آداب المتعلمين، وواقع التزام الطلاب بها، وفقاً لمتغيرات: النوع، الجنسية، التخصص، الدرجة العلمية، المرحلة التي يقوم الأستاذ بتدريسها، سنوات العمل بالتدريس في الجامعة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وذلک من خلال استبانة تم تطبيقها على (528) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة الملک خالد؛ أي بنسبة (27.39%) من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة.
وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج، أهمها: اتفق أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملک خالد على الأهمية الکبيرة لجميع آداب المتعلمين بصورة مجملة، کما اتفقوا على أن التزام طلاب جامعة الملک خالد بهذه الآداب کان بدرجة متوسطة بصورة مجملة. وفيما يتعلق بالفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملک خالد على أهم آداب المتعلمين؛ اتضح وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة – حسب متغيرات: النوع، المرحلة التي يدرسها عضو هيئة التدريس، سنوات عمل عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة - على الاستبانة مجملة، في اتجاه أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذکور، والذين يدرسون کل المراحل الدراسية بالجامعة، والذين عملوا في الجامعة (15) سنة فأکثر. أما متغيرات: الجنسية، والدرجة العلمية، والتخصص؛ فلم توجد فروق – وفقاً لها - على الاستبانة مجملة. أما بالنسبة للفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملک خالد على واقع التزام الطلاب بآداب المتعلمين؛ اتضح وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة – حسب متغيري: الجنسية، والدرجة العلمية، - على الاستبانة مجملة، في اتجاه أعضاء هيئة التدريس غير السعوديين، والأساتذة المساعدين. أما متغيرات: النوع، والتخصص، والمرحلة التي يدرسها عضو هيئة التدريس، وسنوات عمل عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة ؛ فلم توجد فروق – وفقاً لها - على الاستبانة مجملة.
وعلى ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة، قدم الباحث عدة توصيات، أهمها: الاهتمام بدراسة آداب المتعلمين في التراث الإسلامي، تضمين المقررات الجامعية في جميع الکليات بعض آداب المتعلمين التي تغرس فيهم حب العلم وتقدير العلماء واحترام الأقران والمحافظة على مکان التعلم، تکامل جهود کافة المؤسسات التربويةللعملعلىغرسالقيمالأخلاقية والاجتماعيةوالعلميةلدى طلاب الجامعة.
The commitment of King Khalid University students to the ethics of learners from the perspective
of faculty members
Abstract:
This study aimed to uncover the most important ethics of the learners that the students of King Khalid University should commit from the perspective of the faculty members, the reality of the commitment of the students of King Khalid University to these ethics (the learner''s ethics toward himself, toward his teachers, toward his colleagues, toward the learning environment) from the perspective of the faculty members, the extent of the existence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the faculty members of King Khalid University on the most important ethics of learners and the reality of students'' commitment to them, according to variables of: gender, nationality, specialization, degree, stage which the faculty member teaches, teaching years at the University. To achieve these objectives, the study used the descriptive survy method through a questionnaire applied to (528) faculty members at King Khalid University; (27.39%) of the original society of the study.
The most important results of the study were: The faculty members at King Khalid University agreed on the great importance of all the ethics of the learners in general, and agreed that the commitment of King Khalid University students to this ethics was in a medium degree in general. For the statistical differences between the responses of faculty members at King Khalid University on the most important ethics of the learners, there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the variables of: gender, stage which the faculty member teaches, on the whole questionnaire, in the direction of male faculty members, who study all levels at the university, and those who worked at the university for 15 years and over. According to the variables of: nationality, degree, and specialization; there were no differences on the whole questionnaire. For the statistical differences between the responses of faculty members at King Khalid University on the reality of student commitment to the ethics of learners, there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to variables of: nationality and degree, in the direction of non-Saudis, and assistant professors. According to the variables of: gender, specialization, stage which the faculty member teaches, and years of work at the university; there were no differences on the whole questionnaire.
The most important recommendations of the study were: the interest in studying the ethics of learners in the Islamic heritage, the inclusion of some ethics of learners in the university courses to instill in them the love of science, the appreciation of scientists, respect for peers, and the preservation of the place of learning, integration of efforts of all educational institutions to work on instilling the moral, social, and scientific values for university students.
