Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on positive behavioral therapy to improve change management and reduce knowledge disorder in light of digital transformation among a sample of university students. The ages of the students ranged from (18 to 20) with an average of (19.13) years of age and a standard deviation of (0.64.) The researchers used the change management scale, the knowledge disorder scale (prepared by the two researchers), and a training program based on positive behavioral therapy (prepared by the two researchers). The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the degrees of change management and knowledge disorder among the members of the experimental and control groups in the posttest in favor of the experimental group. The findings also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group’s average ranks of the degrees of change management and knowledge disorder in the pretest and the posttest in favor of the posttest. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the degrees of change management and knowledge disorder among the experimental group members in the post and follow-up tests which indicates that the program will continue to have an impact on improving change management and reducing knowledge disorder in light of digital transformation among the sample of university students. The findings were interpreted in light of previous studies and researches. Based on the findings of the study, the two researchers proposed a number of recommendations and suggestions.
