The Effectiveness of 4MAT Model in Developing Argumentative Writing Skills among EFL Majors فاعلية نموذج مکارثي في تنمية مهارات الکتابة الجدلية لدى طلاب شعبة اللغة الإنجليزية کلغة أجنبية

المستخلص

تمحور الهدف الرئيس للبحث الحالي حول استقصاء فاعلية نموذج مکارثي 4MAT (أحد النماذج التعليميةالتي تعتمد على أساليب التعلم وتفضيلات نصفي الدماغ البشري) في تنمية مهارات الکتابة الجدلية لدى طلاب شعبة اللغة الإنجليزية کلغة أجنبية بکلية التربية، جامعة الأزهر،  وقد تبني البحث المنهج التجريبي من خلال استخدام تصميم المجموعة الضابطة ذي الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في اختبار للکتابة الجدلية ومقياس تقدير متدرج لجمع البيانات؛ حيث تم تطبيقه قبليًا وبعديًا على طلاب عينة البحث بعد التأکد من صدقه وثباته، وتکونت عينة البحث من 74 طالبًا من الفرقة الرابعة بشعبة اللغة الإنجليزية، تم اختيارهم وتوزيعهم عشوائيًا إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة التجريبية وبلغ عدد طلابها 25 طالبًا، والمجموعة الضابطة وبلغ عدد طلابها 24 طالبًا، ولقد أسفر التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات من خلال اختبار للعينات المستقلة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات مجموعتي البحثلصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يؤکد فاعلية نموذج مکارثي في تنمية مهارات الکتابة الجدلية؛حيث کان حجم الأثر کبير طبقًا لمعادلة کوهين(d = 0.88) ، ولقد قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لباحثي المستقبل.
