فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على اليقظة العقلية في خفض أعراض اضطراب الشخصية الحدية لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة

هدف البحث إلي خفض أعراض اضطراب الشخصية الحدية لدي طلاب الجامعة من خلال إعداد برنامج تدريبي يتم من خلاله توظيف استراتيجيات ومهارات اليقظة العقلية باعتبارها أحد استراتيجيات العلاج السلوکي الجدلي. ثم التحقق من فاعلية البرنامج في خفض أعراض اضطراب الشخصية الحدية لدي عينة الدراسة. ثم التعرف علي مدى استمرارية فاعلية البرنامج بعد فترة المتابعة. وشارک فى الدراسة (22) طالباً من طلاب الفرقة الأولي بکلية التربية جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة، الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 18: 19 سنة. تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية وأخرى ضابطة، بواقع (11) طالباً في کل مجموعة. واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس أعراض الشخصية الحدية إعداد الباحثان، والبرنامج التدريبي إعداد الباحثان. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلىوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطى رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس أعراض الشخصية الحدية فى کل من القياسين القبلى والبعدى لصالح القياس البعدي. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطى رتب درجات أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس أعراض الشخصية الحدية فى القياس البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. کما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس أعراض الشخصية الحدية فى کل من القياسين البعدي والتتبعي.
