المستخلص

هدف البحث عرض المبادرات المجتمعية التطوعية التي قدمت من قبل طلبة جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبدالعزيز (ذکوراً وإناثاً)، خلال ثلاث سنوات جامعية، من عام 1434هـ إلى عام 1437هـ، وهي المبادرات والمشاريع التي قُدِّمت إلى قسم أمانة المؤتمر العلمي في عمادة شؤون الطلاب للمنافسة في المسابقات العلمية الطلابية، ونُفِّذت في المجتمعات المحيطة بکليات الجامعة في محافظات جنوب منطقة الرياض، وهي: الخرج والدلم وحوطة بني تميم والأفلاج والسليل ووادي الدواسر، وذلک لتقديم الخدمات المجتمعية المختلفة لسکانها؛ مساهمة من طلبة جامعة الأمير سطام ومنسوبيها في خدمة المجتمع وتفعيل الشراکة المجتمعية، حيث لم يجد البحث من کتب في المبادرات المجتمعية لهذه الجامعة، أو تعرض لوصفها وتحليلها من الجوانب المختلفة، ليظهرها للمجتمع المحلي والإقليمي والدولي.
کما قام البحث بدراسة وتحليل عوامل القوة والضعف في تلک المبادرات، وأهم العقبات والتهديدات التي واجهتها، والفرص والدوافع التي شجعت الطلاب على إقامتها، واقترح البحث حلولاً مناسبة لاستمرار المبادرات المجتمعية الجيدة وغيرها، وسبل الدعم والتبني لمثل هذه المبادرات من قبل إدارة الجامعة أو الجهات المختصة بالأنشطة والبرامج الطلابية بالجامعة، أو المؤسسات التطوعية والتجارية وغيرها، وسيوضح البحث أثر تلک المبادرات في تفعيل الشراکة المجتمعية للجامعة مع المجتمع ومؤسساته.
The research presents the voluntary community initiatives  which have been provided by students of Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University ( Males and females)  over three university years from 1434 to 1437 H. These are the initiatives and projects presented to Management of Scientific Conference in the Deanship of Student Affairs to compete in student scientific competitions. They have been applied in the communities surrounding the university Colleges in the governorates of south Riyadh, which are  Al-Kharj, Hotah Beni Tamim, Aflaj, Al-Sulail and Wadi Al-Dawasir to provide the community services for  their inhabitants as a contribution from the university students and its staff to serve the community and activate the community partnership. The research will study and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of these initiatives, the main obstacles and threats faced, and the opportunities and motives that encouraged the students to establish them. The research will also propose appropriate solutions for the continuation of good community initiatives and others, and means of support and adoption of such initiatives by the university administration or the specialized bodies  in the activities and programs of students at the university, or voluntary, commercial and other institutions. The research will explain the impact of these initiatives on activating the community partnership with the society and its institutions.
