سعى البحث إلى التعرف على درجة الممارسات الإدارية والأکاديمية المرتبطة بإدارة التنوع الثقافى لدي روؤساء الأقسام الأکاديمية بجامعة تبوک من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتى تعزي إلى بعض العوامل الديموجرافية: عامل الجنسية، وعامل طبيعة الکلية، وعامل الرتبة العلمية، وضمت عينة البحث (329) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين بجامعة تبوک من کليات علمية وأدبية مختلفة، ومن ذوى الرتب العلمية المختلفة، ولتحقق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بإعداد استبيان ممارسات إدارة التنوع الثقافى المُدرکة، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن رؤوساء الأقسام الأکاديمية المختلفة بجامعة تبوک يتسمون بدرجات مرتفعة فى ممارسة إدارة التنوع الثقافى بمکونيها: الممارسات الإدارية، والممارسات الأکاديمية، وکذلک لا يوجد تأثير مباشر دال إحصائياً للعوامل الديموجرافية محل إهتمام البحث فى ممارسات إدارة التنوع الثقافى سواء الممارسات الإدارية أو الممارسات الأکاديمية،  کما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.
The research sought to identify the degree of administrative and academic practices associated with managing cultural diversity among the heads of academic departments at the University of Tabuk from the viewpoints of the faculty members, which are attributed to some demographic factors: the nationality factor, the nature of the faculty factor, and the scientific rank factor. The research sample included (329) faculty member working at the University of Tabuk from different scientific and literary colleges, and of different scientific ranks. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire of the perceived cultural diversity management practices, and the results indicated that the heads of the various academic departments at the University of Tabuk possess high degrees in the practice of managing cultural diversity in its two components: administrative practices and academic practices, as well as there is no direct statistically significant effect of the demographic factors of interest in research in the practices of managing cultural diversity whether administrative practices or academic practices.
