دور العمل التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيز الانتماء بالمملکة العربية السعودية "دراسة ميدانية مطبقة على عينة من المتطوعين بمدينة الرياض" The Role of Volunteer Work in Promoting Community Security and Strengthening Belonging to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: A Field Study Administered to a Sample of Volunteers in Riyadh

استهدفت الدراسة تحديد دور العمل التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي في الملکة العربية السعودية، من خلال تحديد دور العمل التطوعي في تحقيق کل من الأمن الصحي، الأمن السکني، الأمن الاجتماعي، الأمن الاقتصادي في المجتمع السعودي، وتحديد أهم المشکلات التي تواجه العمل التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وکذلک المقترحات لتفعيل دور العمل التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي في الملکة العربية السعودية.  واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (66) متطوعاً بجمعيات (تکاتف، إنسان، سفراء التطوع، مساعي الخيرية) کما اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة استبيان کأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات. وقد أکدت نتائج الدراسة أن من أهم مؤشرات تحقيق الأمن الصحي تسهيل حصول المواطن على خدمات التأمين الصحي، الاهتمام بخدمات الوقاية والعلاج من الأمراض المنتشرة في کل منطقة، تقديم خدمات صحية للفقراء بسعر رمزي. ومن أهم مؤشرات تحقيق الأمن السکني توفير مساکن مؤقتة للحالات المتضررة، المساهمة في بناء وحدات سکنية للفقراء، مطالبة الجهات الحکومية بتوفير المسکن الصحي للفئات الأولى بالرعاية، ومن أهم مؤشرات تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي المساهمة في تنمية الوعي بترشيد الاستهلاک، المساهمة في تقليل مخاطر العنف في المجتمع، زيادة الإحساس بالولاء والانتماء للمجتمع. ومن أهم مؤشرات تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي مساعدة العاطلين عن العمل على إقامة مشروعات صغيرة، توفير الاحتياجات الأساسية لغير القادرين، المساهمة في زواج الفتيات الفقيرات. تحددت أهم مشکلات العمل التطوعي في عدم استثمار الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات التطوعية بشکل جيد، عدم التنسيق بين المؤسسات التطوعية في تحقيق أهدافها، عدم التقييم المستمر لإنجازات المؤسسات التطوعية في المجتمع السعودي، أما أهم المقترحات فکانت نشر التجارب الناجحة للمؤسسات التطوعية في مجال تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي، التنسيق بين المؤسسات التطوعية من أجل تحقيق أهدافها بشکل تکاملي، تفعيل إستراتيجية التسويق الاجتماعي لمبادرات تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي.
The study aimed to define the role of volunteerism in achieving community security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia، by defining the role of volunteerism in achieving health security، residential security، social security، and economic security in Saudi society، and to identify the most important problems facing volunteerism in achieving community security as well Proposals to activate the role of volunteerism in achieving community security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The study relied on the descriptive approach، and the study sample consisted of (66) volunteers in associations (togetherness، human being، volunteer ambassadors، charitable endeavors). The study also relied on a questionnaire tool as a main tool for data collection.  The results of the study confirmed that the most important indicators of achieving health security is facilitating citizen access to health insurance services، attention to prevention and treatment services for diseases spread in every region، providing health services to the poor at a nominal price. the most important indicators of achieving housing security, were providing temporary housing for the affected cases, were in building housing units for the poor، requiring government agencies to provide health housing for the first categories of care، and among the most important indicators of achieving social, were contributing in developing awareness of rationalization of consumption، contributing in reducing the risks of violence in society، increasing a sense of loyalty and belonging to society. One of the most important indicators of achieving economic security is helping the unemployed to set up small projects، providing basic needs for those unable، and contributing in the marriage of poor girls. The most important problems of voluntary work were identified in the lack of investing human resources in voluntary institutions well، lack of coordination between voluntary organizations in achieving their goals، lack of continuous evaluation of the achievements of voluntary institutions in Saudi society، and the most important proposals were the publication of successful experiences of voluntary institutions in the field of achieving community security، coordination Among the voluntary organizations in order to achieve their goals in an integrated manner، activate the social marketing strategy for initiatives to achieve social security.
