متطلبات تدويل التعليم الجامعي عن بُعد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية Requirements of Internationalizing Distant University Education from the Viewpoints of Staff Members in the Saudi Universities

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تدويل التعليم الجامعي عن بُعد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اُستخدم المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم منه: الوصفي المسحي، والوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة، طُبقت على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (230) عضو هيئة التدريس ممن لديهم خبرة ويدرّسون بأسلوب التعليم عن بُعد، بکل من الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، جامعة الامام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالرياض. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات تدويل التعليم الجامعي عن بُعد (التنظيمية، البشرية، التقنية) کانت متوسطة بکل من الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة وجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالرياض، کما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول تقديرهم لدرجة توافر متطلبات تدويل التعليم الجامعي عن بُعد تبعاً لمتغير الجامعة، وکانت الفروق لصالح جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية. بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغيري الدرجة العلمية، والخبرة في مجال التعلم الالکتروني والتعليم عن بُعد، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الجامعات اهداف استراتيجية واقعية لتدويل التعليم الجامعي عن بُعد والعمل على تحقيقها من أجل تقليص الفجوة الحالية بين مستوى أداء الجامعات السعودية ومستوى أداء الجامعات العالمية.
The present study aimed to identify the requirements of internationalizing distant university education from the teaching staff members viewpoints in Saudi Universities. To achieve the goals, the study adopted the descriptive Method (Surveying Descriptive, and Correlative Descriptive). Furthermore, a questionnaire was developed as an instrument for collecting the study data and administered to all the study community (totaling 230 staff members) who previously experienced, and currently teach students via distant learning, at both the Islamic University in Madinah and Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. The results of the research revealed the availability of the organizational, human resources, and technical requirements of internationalizing distant university education fairly exists in both the Islamic University in Madinah and Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. Furthermore, there were statistically significant differences among the mean response of the study participants about their estimation of the availability of the requirements of internationalizing distant university education in the light of the university’s variable. There were statistically significant differences in favor of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. Whereas there were no statistically significant differences in terms of both the variables of the educational degree and the experience in distant electronic learning. The study recommended that the Saudi universities need strategic objectives for internationalizing distant university education and endeavor to achieve them so as to make the gap between the level of their performance and other world universities narrower.
