هدف البحث التعرف على مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين "التواصل والابتکار"، ومفهوم الألعاب التعليمية، ووضع نموذج مقترح لتوظيف الألعاب التعليمية أثناء تدريس اللغة العربية لتنمية مهارتي التواصل والابتکار. مشکلة البحث يحاول البحث الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: ماالمقصود بمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين؟ - ما المقصود بالألعاب التعليمية؟ - ما التصور المقترح لتوظيف الألعاب التعليمية في تنمية مهارات التواصل والابتکار؟ أهم نتائج البحث: أن انخفاض الاداء تأتي من عدم توفير فرص تعليمية متنوعة للمتعلمين، وأن استخدام الألعاب في عملية التدريس من أبرز الاستراتيجيات والطرق التدريسية المناسبة لتعليم الطفل، أسلوب التدريس باللعب ينمي عملية التفاعل بين الطفل والمعلم، کما ينمي مهارتي التواصل والابتکار من خلال الانشطة والالعاب التعليمية، وأهم توصيات البحث في: التوسع في تبني استخدام ألعاب متنوعة للتعلم والتعليم في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية. 2- إدراج هدف تنمية التواصل والابتکار ضمن أهداف المقررات الدراسية ودمج مهارات التفکير بمراحل التعليم المختلفة واعداد المقررات الدراسية المناسبة لذلک، إقامة دورات للمعلمين والمعلمات لتدريبهم على استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم باللعب وتنمية التفکير وطريقة دمجها مع المناهج الدراسية.
The present study aimed to identify the twenty-first century skills, namely communication and innovation and the concept of educational games in order to develop a proposed model for employing the educational games while teaching Arabic language to develop communication and innovation skills. The current research sought to answer the following questions: 1) what is meant by the twenty-first century skills? 2)What is meant by the educational games? What is the proposed model for employing educational games in developing communication and innovation skills? The results of the study revealed that the decline in the performance among children comes from the failure to provide various educational opportunities for learners, and that the use of games in the teaching process is one of the most important teaching strategies and methods appropriate for educating children. Furthermore, teaching via games improved the process of interaction between the children and the teacher, as well as the skills of communication and innovation. The research recommended expanding the adoption of various games for learning and teaching in elementary schools, including the goal of developing communication and innovation within the objectives of the academic curriculum, integrating the thinking skills in the different stages of education and preparing appropriate academic courses in the light of such objectives. The study also recommended holding training courses for teachers to train them in terms of the use of learning through playing strategy and developing thinking for integrating such skills within the academic curriculum.
