استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة، والکشف عن الفروق في الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية تعزى لمتغير الکلية ومتغير النوع الاجتماعي، وتکونت العينة من (696) طالب وطالبة من کلية اربد الجامعية وکلية الحصن الجامعية في مرحلة البکالوريوس التابعتان لجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية المعد من قبل (Hayajneh, Alhamad And Others, 2020)، وتم جراء الصدق والثبات للمقياس، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة استخدم الباحثان الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (ت)، ومعامل الفا کرونباخ، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون،  وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى ان مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية لدى الطلبة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق في الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي، ولا توجد فروق في الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية تعزى للکلية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز وتنمية وإشباع الحاجات الإرشادية المهنية لطلبة الجامعات، والاهتمام بالميول والاستعدادات المهنية عند اختيار التخصص الدراسي والمهني.
The present study aimed to identify the professional guidance needs among a sample of university students and reveal the differences in the professional guidance needs due to the faculty and the gender variables. The study sample consisted of (696) students from Irbid University Faculty and Al-Hosn University Faculty in the bachelor's stage at Al-BalqaAppliedUniversity. The study made use of the professional guidance needs scale prepared by (Hayajneh, Alhamad and Others, 2020). Furthermore, the validity and reliability of the scale were reassured. For analyzing the study data, the researchers used the following statistical methods: the arithmetic means, standard deviations, t test, Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study revealed that the level of the professional guidance among the students was at a high degree and there were no differences in the professional guidance needs attributed to gender. There were no differences in the professional counseling needs attributed to the faculty. The study recommended the need to strengthen, develop and satisfy the professional guidance needs of the university students and attention to the professional tendencies and preparations when choosing the academic and professional specialization.
