المستخلص

هدف البحث إلى تقويم برامج الإرشاد الطلابي في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة في ضوء معايير المرکز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأکاديمي. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج المختلط (Mixed Method)، وقاما بتطبيق "مقياس رضا الطلاب عن برنامج أسبوع التهيئة للطلاب المستجدين"، و"مقياس جودة الخدمات الإرشادية"، و"مقياس معوقات الإرشاد الطلابي في الوحدات الإرشادية"، على عيّنة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من وکلاء الکليات، ورؤساء وأعضاء الوحدات الإرشادية، والمرشدين الأکاديميين، والطلاب المستفيدين من البرامج الإرشادية التي تقدمها کليات ومعاهد الجامعة، وذلک خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 1441هـ، کما قاما بزيارة الوحدات الإرشادية لمقابلة رؤساء الوحدات الإرشادية لرصد الإمکانات البشرية والمادية المتوفرة فيها، والاطلاع على الخطط التشغيلية لجميع الکليات، ثم القيام بتحليلها. وتکونت عينة البحث من (689) طالبًا، و(35) عضو هيئة تدريس من وکلاء الکليات، ورؤساء وأعضاء الوحدات الإرشادية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، وتم استخدام المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري للتوصل إلى نتائج البحث التي أثبتت أن درجة تحقق معايير التقويم والاعتماد الأکاديمي الخاصة بالتوجيه والإرشاد في برامج الإرشاد الطلابي في کليات الجامعة يصل إلى درجة مقبولة من التحقق، حيث أظهرت نتائج البحث تحقق الکثير من معايير التقويم والاعتماد الأکاديمي في مجال التوجيه والإرشاد الطلابي في مختلف کليات ومعاهد الجامعة، مع وجود بعض الملاحظات التي يمکن القيام بها لتحسين الممارسات الإرشادية وفقًا لمعايير المرکز الوطني للتقويم الاعتماد الأکاديمي، وکذلک وجود بعض المعوقات التي تؤثر على عملية الإرشاد الطلابي في کليات ومعاهد الجامعة، ثم تم بناء تصور مقترح لتحسين البرامج الإرشادية لتتوافق مع معايير التقويم والاعتماد الأکاديمي الخاصة بالتوجيه والإرشاد.
This research aims to evaluate the students' counseling programs at The Islamic University of Madinah according to the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment Criteria, the mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) approach had been used, so the researcher built some scales to explore the students’ satisfaction of the orientation week, the quality of counseling programs and the obstacles of counseling services. The researcher also analyzed the counseling programs plans and visited the counseling unites to collect data. The stratified random sample contains (689) students, (35) faculty members and staff. The results show that the criteria of the national center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment which is related to the Counseling services were in middle degree of satisfaction. In addition, the outcomes find some challenges that prevent the accreditation. Based on these findings, the researcher developed a suggested vision for the counseling programs according to the accreditation criteria at The Islamic University of Madinah.
