تم هذا البحث في العام الجامعي 2018-2019، بهدف معرفة مدى توافر الصفات السلوکية (الإبداعية، والقيادية، والدافعية، والتعلمية)، لدى الطلبة المتفوقين دراسياَ، واقرانهم العاديين بکلية العلوم والآداب في شروره، لتحقيق ذلک، تم تطبيق مقياس" رينزولي واخرون" 1976، ترجمة وتقنيين "کلنتن" خلال الفترة من 1990 -2004 المقنن على البيئة البحرينية والسعودية. وبلغ حجم العينة (310) فرداَ، بواقع (98) من الطلبة المتفوقين دراسياَ، منهم (61) ذکورًا، (37) اناثاً، في مقابل (212) من أقرانهم العاديين، منهم (109) ذکورًا، (103) اناثاً. واسفرت النتائج عن أن الصفات السلوکية (الابداعية، والقيادية، والدافعية، والتعلمية) شائعة لدى الطلبة المتفوقين دراسياً "بصفة دائمة" فيما هي شائعة لدى اقرانهم العاديين في "اغلب الاحيان"، وکانت الفروق دالة احصائياً بين المتفوقين والعاديين في جميع الصفات السلوکية المقاسة، ولصالح الطلبة المتفوقين.
This research was conducted in the academic year 2018-2019, in order to determine the availability of behavioral characteristics‎ (creativity, leadership, motivation, and learning) among the outstanding students and their ordinary students at the Faculty of Science and Arts in Sharura , Translation and technicians "Clinton" during the period 1990-2004 on the environment of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The total sample size (310) persons, by (98) of the outstanding students of study, including (61) male, (37) female, (212) from their normal peers, of whom (109) male, (103) female. The results revealed that the behavioral qualities (creative, leadership, motivation, and learning) are common among students who are academically outstanding. They are usually common among their ordinary peers. Outstanding students.
