α. The ETA squared tool was also implemented to measure the size of impact of the program, which amounted to (0,96). This confirms that the program has significantly allowed the teachers- to-be-students to acquire the culture of action research and its application.In addition, the narrative records in which the teachers-to-be-students monitored their procedural plans were evaluated in the light of a graduated indicator format designed by the researcher for this purpose. The results of the evaluation indicated the positive impact of the program in training students to design a procedural plan.All of the previous findings supported an analysis of the students’ reflections on reflective sheets, in which they reported improvement in their teaching practices after studying the program. The study concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals of similar studies on different research communities.]]>
