تهدف الدراسة إلي دراسة العلاقة بين الأساليب المعرفية لتنظيم العاطفة وعلاقتها باختيار نمط سلوک طلب المساعدة الارشادية في التنبؤ باستدامة رفاهية الفرد، تکونت العينة من (392) طالباً وطالبة من تخصصات علم النفس ورياض الأطفال، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الرفاهية النفسية المستدامة وأبعاده الفرعية وأنماط طلب المساعدة الإرشادية؛ نمط تجنب طلب العون کونه وصمة عار، ونمط تجنب طلب العون لعدم إدراک أهميته، ونمط تجنب طلب العون کونه وصمة عار، وأساليب التنظيم المعرفي للعاطفة لوم الذات، لوم الآخر، التفکير الزائد، التفکير الکارثي  بينما وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً على أنماط طلب المساعدة الارشادية الوسيلي، والتنفيذي وأساليب التنظيم المعرفي؛ امتلاک رؤية، إعادة التقييم الإيجابي، إعادة الترکيز الإيجابي القبول، إعادة الترکيز القائم علي التخطيط . کما وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أفراد العينة على أنماط طلب المساعدة نمط تجنب طلب المساعدة لعدم کفاءة المرشد، ونمط تجنب المساعدة کونه وصمة عار ونمط تجنب المساعدة لعدم إدراک أهميته وأساليب تنظيم العاطفة لوم الذات، ولوم الآخر، والتفکير الزائد، والتفکير الکارثي، وعلاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً على کل من أساليب امتلاک رؤية، وإعادة الترکيز الإيجابي، وإعادة التقييم الإيجابي، والقبول، وإعادة الترکيز القائم على التخطيط، بينما  وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أفراد العينة على نمط طلب المساعدة الوسيلي والتنفيذي وبين درجاتهم على کل من أساليب لوم الذات، ولوم الآخر، والتفکير الزائد، والتفکير الکارثي، وعلاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً على کل من أساليب امتلاک رؤية، وإعادة الترکيز الإيجابي، وإعادة التقييم الإيجابي، والقبول، وإعادة الترکيز القائم على التخطيط. کذلک وُجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث في الرفاهية النفسية المستدامة تعزى إلى متغير التخصص بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تُعزي لمتغير النوع. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن أفضل معادلة انحدار للتنبؤ بالرفاهية النفسية المستدامة لدى الطلاب هي کالآتي: الرفاهية النفسية المستدامة = 0.41 × طلب المساعدة الوسيلي – 0.14 × تجنب طلب المساعدة لعدم إدراک أهميته – 0.20 × التفکير الکارثي + 0.13 × إعادة التقييم الإيجابي + 0.11 × القبول – 0.11 × التفکير الزائد.
This study aims to study the relationship between the cognitive methods for regulating the emotion and its relationship with the choice of the pattern of behavior of requesting for guidance, in predicting the sustainability of individual well-being, the sample of the study consisted of (392) students from Psychology and Kindergarten specializations, the results of the study concluded a significant statistically negative relation between the scores of the members of the study sample, on the scale of sustainable psychological well-being and its sub-dimensions and the patterns of behavioral requesting for guidance; the pattern of behavior of avoiding requesting for guidance as a stigma, and the pattern of avoiding requesting for guidance due to not realizing its importance, and the pattern of avoiding requesting for guidance as a stigma, cognitive regulation methods of emotion blaming oneself, blaming the others, excessive thinking, disastrous thinking, while having a statistically significant positive relation on the patterns of requesting guidance, methodical , executive and strategies of cognitive regulation; having a vision, positive reevaluation, positive refocus, acceptance, planning-based refocusing.  There is also a positive statistically significant relation between the scores of the members of the sample of study on the patterns of aid requesting; the pattern of avoidance of requesting due to the inefficiency of the instructor, the pattern of avoidance of requesting aid as a stigma and the pattern of avoiding requesting aid for not realizing its importance and the strategies of regulating emotion; blaming oneself, blaming the others, and excessive thinking, disastrous thinking and a negative statistically significant relation on each of the methods of having vision, positive refocusing, positive reevaluation, acceptance and refocusing based on planning, while there is a statistically significant negative coherent relation between the scores of the members of study sample on the pattern of requesting methodical and executive aid and their scores on each of methods of blaming oneself, blaming the others, excessive thinking, disastrous thinking, and a statistically significant positive relation on each of: having vision methods, positive refocusing, positive reevaluation, acceptance, and planning-based refocus. Sustainable psychosocial well-being = 0.41 × Requesting methodical aid – 0.14 × Avoiding requesting aid for not realizing its importance - 0.20 × Disastrous thinking + 0.13 × Positive reevaluation + 0. 11 × Acceptance - 0.11 × Excessive thinking.
