الاحتراق الأکاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة خلال جائحة کوفيد-19 في ضوء الصمود النفسي وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز

 هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الفروق بين المتوسط الفرضي والمتوسط الواقعي للاحتراق الأکاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة خلال جائحة کوفيد-19، والکشف عن الفروق في الاحتراق الأکاديمي في ضوء مستوى الصمود النفسي (مرتفع- منخفض) وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز (توجه نحو الإتقان، توجه نحو الأداء- إقدام، توجه نحو الأداء- إحجام) وفي ضوء التفاعل بين مستوى الصمود النفسي وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز، وکذلک الکشف عن الفروق في الاحتراق الأکاديمي وفقًا لمتغيرات (النوع، والتخصص الدراسي، والمستوى الدراسي)، وتکونت العينة من (600) طالبًا وطالبة بالفرق الدراسية الثانية والثالثة والرابعة بکليات (العلوم للبنين، والعلوم للبنات، والدراسات الإسلامية والعربية للبنين، والدراسات الإسلامية والعربية للبنات) بجامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة في العام الجامعي2020/2021، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأعد الباحثان مقاييس: الاحتراق الأکاديمي، والصمود النفسي، وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز، وأظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى الاحتراق الأکاديمي خلال جائحة کوفيد-19 لدى العينة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في الاحتراق الأکاديمي بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الصمود النفسي لصالح منخفضي الصمود النفسي، ووجود فروق  دالة إحصائيًا في الاحتراق الأکاديمي في ضوء توجهات أهداف الإنجاز، وتعزى هذه الفروق على الترتيب إلى التوجه نحو الأداء- إحجام، ثم التوجه نحو الأداء-إقدام، ثم التوجه نحو الإتقان، ولم يوجد أثر دال إحصائيًا للتفاعل بين مستوى الصمود النفسي وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز في الاحتراق الأکاديمي، ووجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين الذکور والإناث في بعد انخفاض الکفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية-کأحد أبعاد الاحتراق الأکاديمي- لصالح الإناث، کما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في کل من (انخفاض الکفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية، وضعف المشارکة، والدرجة الکلية للاحتراق الأکاديمي) لصالح طلبة التخصص النظري، ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا في الاحتراق الأکاديمي ترجع للمستوى الدراسي.
